Currently Othello Technology Systems Ltd clients have a variety of systems they must use to access and control various aspects of their hosted services - separate applications with separate user/password details are needed for support tickets, client area, billing/ordering, transit graphs, automated reboots, as well as for acquired services and taken-over legacy systems.

Our goal is to provide clients with a simple fully-integrated system for managing all aspects of their internet services. Othello::Unified is our new client-focused management tool now live and being extended throughout 2009/2010.
